To obtain the discounted rate, the hotel booking has to be made through the Centro Convegni e Accoglienza (Congress and Reception Centre) of the University of Udine filling out the reservation form linked below and sending it by fax (+39 0432 556219) or by e-mail (ares@uniud.it) no later than October 12th 2012, as explained in the form below.
